On February 15, 1925, a character that would become Disney's first major animated villain was introduced in the short Alice Solves the Puzzle. Beginning on February 16, 2014 The Cartoon Character Hall of Fame celebrates with 365 of Disney's animated "rascals, scoundrel, villains, and knaves" ending on February 15, 2015, the 90th anniversary one of Disney's earliest and most prolific ne'er-do-wells.
